BOOKING POLICY

Dress Code

Venue 295 provides a warm and relaxing atmosphere but we still expect our guests to be relatively smart. This doesn't mean you need to come suit and tie! It simply means that you're best off leaving behind your stay-at home clothes and slipping into smart/casual wear.

STRICTLY: No caps, hoodies, gym wear or slippers on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
No Tracksuits/gym wear any day of the week

Lounge: Late Night 295

From 10pm onwards we operate our lounge policy remains as 21+ and over.

After 11pm - our restaurant and drinks menu prices do not apply.

The lounge remains partitioned from the restaurant area

Groups larger than 6, we will only accept 1 payment card / cash.

Kindly note:

All guests need to arrive 15 minutes before the time of booking Allow time to que when the venue is busy Tables will only be held for a maximum of 15 minutes after the time of booking.

Smart dress code policy

No sports wear, slides, trainers or caps will be permitted on premises.

We cannot be held responsible for any circumstances that will result in delaying or missing your reservation.

Late Arrival - Management reserves the right to decide if deposit is non-refundable or carried over.

Celebrations and Birthday Cakes

We would love for you to celebrate your special occasion with us. If you would like to bring your own cake, a £10.00

Cancellations

A table booking can be cancelled 48 hours notice prior to booking time.

Important Information

Valid ID to be made available if/when requested. Refusal or use of non-valid ID voids your booking and deposit is therefore NON REFUNDABLE. Booking a table DOES NOT guarantee entry. Our door staff reserve the right to refuse entry. Age Restriction 18+
